What makes a good quiz?

What makes a good quiz? There are three elements to great radio quizes: 1 - Drama 2 - Ability 3 - Climax. 1 - Drama - the quiz should move, have some kind of time element whether that be a clock or a fixed point when the quiz must end. 2 - Ability - contestants and fellow listeners must have the ability to answer the questions, not to easy and not to hard. 3 - Climax the quiz must come to an end and have a winner on air, if you don't do this listeners and other contestants will feel cheated.
